Future-oriented robot motion control - Synapticon SOMANET motion cores are based on xCore and ARM processor architectures.
  • 8 to 32 programmable 32 bit RISC cores per chip
  • Utilization with a clock rate between 62.5 and 500 MHz
  • Fast 400 Mbit/s processor bus via standardized process communication in real time

SOMANET Motion Cores master tough real-time conditions without any problems. Reliable, highly parallel processor architectures (based on xCore and ARM) provide the computing power required for our advanced motor control algorithms.

All functions of the SOMANET Motion Cores can be configured with our OBLAC tools, a user-friendly and powerful software for commissioning and fine-tuning motion control.

Together with the SOMANET Safe Motion extension, SOMANET Motion Cores enable safe motion functions at SIL3-PLe level via FSoE (FailSafe over EtherCAT).

Your personal motion control software. Synapticon offers customers with large quantities individual adaptation of SOMANET servo drives. Do you process very large quantities? Thanks to our SOMANET drive controls, you can perform the design and production of customized servo drives in-house and with your own resources.

Synapticon provides you with the SOMANET hardware and software source files and delivers the SOMANET motion cores to your production facility.
